3Zeros Coffee have teamed up with a Specialist Melbourne Roaster...we've left the important part to the experts! Our Roaster (soon to be exposed), roasts coffee every day of the week. We order and collect our coffee weekly from them, to bring you the freshest coffee possible.

How long does the coffee stay fresh?

Well, there's lots of information about this topic all over the internet and because of that, there's also sometimes some differences. 

Contrary to popular belief, sometimes fresh is too fresh!

The best time to brew espresso roasted coffee is anywhere between 10-30 days after the roasting date and it continues to be optimal up to as long as 6 weeks from roasting! 

But don't be alarmed, it's not bread...it won't go moldy or stale... it might just not hold its crema as well (if you have done everything right anyway!) 

Return Policy

If you have purchased coffee and are not satisfied, please email info@3zeroscoffee.com.au

If merchandise is broken, defective, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days of purchase.

If you want to return an item like your clothing item is the wrong size, or an item that is not broken or defective, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and within 7 days from purchase. If we receive the product and it appears to be used, you will not receive a refund.

3Zeros Coffee does not cover the return shipping cost for the product.

Freight Delays

We aim to dispatch your order within a day or two from receiving it. Sometimes we may be relying on our suppliers to have our products in stock or your order my include a personalised item, in which case we will dispatch your order once we have every item available. 

I made a mistake with my order. Can I change or cancel?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately so that we can fix it up before your order is dispatched. In most cases we can sort this out from our end.

We would love to provide your workplace with coffee that's not from a tin or bought off the supermarket shelf!

Send us an email at sales@3zeroscoffee.com.au explaining whom you are and what you might be looking for and let us help get some bloody good coffee into your workplace!

We can also help with coffee machines and grinders if you're looking at getting a new coffee setup!
